Magellan is coming!
Due for release in Q2 2008, Magellan is a completely revamped version of NGX’s proven enterprise case management solution, NGX Case Manager.

More than just a new version of the software, Magellan is a ground-up redevelopment based on advanced programming technologies. Named after the famous Portuguese explorer, the system features advanced exploratory and linking capabilities to facilitate superior investigative operations. The interface has been redesigned to provide a more contemporary and attractive user experience.

The application features advanced searching and filtering options, a ‘dashboard’ for easy access to work-in-progress, and numerous enhancements to facilitate streamlined case management. The totally open SOA/BPEL architecture allows organisations to leverage their investments in reporting tools, document management systems, databases and middleware, providing a ‘best of breed’ solution.

Tony Delaney, head of Business Development at NGX, is enthusiastic about the new offering: “With Magellan we begin an exciting new period for the company. NGX Signs up Reseller in China
As part of its expansion into the financial markets across Asia, NGX has recently signed a reseller agreement with Shanghai Wisdom Information Technology. Shanghai Wisdom will sell and support NGX Case Manager to the Banking and Financial community in Eastern China.

Shanghai Wisdom is a solutions enterprise specialising in the development of software applications, with significant experience in systems integration, software maintenance and professional services.

Shanghai Wisdom was founded in 1993, and has accumulated rich experience in the IT industry, with clients in the finance, insurance, manufacturing and government sectors.
With the introduction of the new Anti Money Laundering legislation in China, NGX believes that Shanghai Wisdom is ideally placed to deliver key solutions to the finance community.

NGX Solutions at Sydney AML Conference
NGX Solutions has agreed to be a sponsor at the forthcoming AML conference organised by the AFMA.

The conference, to be held on the 13th and 14th of June 2007 at the Westin hotel in Sydney, will address the challenges faced by banks and financial institutions as they commit resources to ensure compliance with new government AML legislation.

The keynote address will be made by Neil Jenson, M.D. of AUSTRAC.

NGX Solutions will have a stand at the conference and will be demonstrating the latest release of our case management software, NGX Case Manager.
